By using BERRY STABLE you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The game
BERRY STABLE is a horse collection, breeding and racing game. Coins, gems, tickets, gear and horse statistics are virtual game items with no cash value. There is no real-money betting, cash prize or wagering. G1 race names are informational only and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by any racing body.
Purchases
In the App Store version, digital goods are sold through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Consumable items are used in the game; non-consumable items can be restored through the App Store. The web demo may label purchases and ads as simulated; simulated items do not charge money.
Accounts
You are responsible for your PIN and device. Do not impersonate others or use offensive account/horse names. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account and server data in Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, reverse engineer, attack the server, scrape other players’ data, or use the game unlawfully. Leaderboard times are client-submitted in this build and are not anti-cheat certified; do not rely on them for prizes.
Availability and warranty
The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We are not liable for lost progress; use Cloud Save and keep device backups. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
